Any disputes regarding, deriving from or otherwise connected to these Conditions of Use shall be settled by the Court of Milan and governed by Italian Law and private international law, with particular reference to the Hague Convention relating to a Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods of 1 July 1964 and to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 11 April 1980.
